Flower rosin is a thing…it is dried and cured flower put through a rosin press…flavor and buzz is excellent…the next step up is live rosin which is fresh frozen flower made into bubble hash then dried…ultimately freeze dried to save as much terps and cannabinoids as possible and then that dried...

Flower rosin is what I’ve used in the FF2+ and it works very well…no big mess at all…I usually put a very small amount on the concentrate pad maybe the size of a grain of rice…do some cigar puffs to melt it in and I’m good to go…fortunately for me I have a rosin press and grow my own indoor and...

This store has blue and gold FF2+ lids https://www.tothecloudvaporstore.com/product/firefly-2-replacement-cover/ Maybe taking the battery out and putting it back in periodically might help…kinda like resetting it to help with combustion

I’m a 72 year old fart and the finickiness of the Firefly doesn’t really bother me…it probably would be a different story if I vaped a lot more on the FF2+..I do think there is better airflow on the Firefly now…don’t really listen for that whistle anymore 😝 and as far as concentrates go the FF...

I also love vaping whole nugs too, then flipping and breaking it up…feels like i get everything out of bud that way…I’ve had the FF2 since 2016…one of the first batch of orders…Finally gave her to a good friend who absolutely loves it…I now have two FF2+’s one gold I use for flower and one blue...

The only time that I notice a solid red on my unit and not heat up is when the FF2+ has overheated…I let it cool down for a bit then all is well…but it sounds like something maybe different in your unit

I also have the 2016 Firefly 2 since it's inception. Let me ask, since popping the FF2 out of the drawer, has it been updated to the latest firmware? I know for me at times the FF2 was kinda quirky in it's flashing blue or red lights. I'd have to take the battery out and reinsert it sometimes a...

I use the brush mainly on the gasket...I do use a q-tip with iso down the center of the lid and get as close as I can to the gasket without really disturbing it...to me the place were material gets lodged a lot is the rail that runs along the outside edge where the lid kind of sets in...if this...

The 2 sided brush that comes with it...use the smaller softer brush side on the lid with short light quick strokes...that’s what works for me...I’ve had my FF2 since it’s inception in 2016 and my gasket is still in place and functions properly...but then again I’m not as heavy of a user like...

I also get the blinking red light thing occasionally and I just remove the battery and leave it out for about 10 seconds and then put it back in and the blinking red goes away. Kinda like an unplug and replug of a pc. I’ve also done this to wake up the FF2 when the buttons don’t seem to work.

Mine still works. Sometimes the sensors are a little finicky. Or the FF2 just needs to be awakened.

I like the high setting of you guessed it 420 with a power tuning of 105. If I put a bud or piece of bud the size of the bowl and press it in there I get 3 hits, the flip bud and get 3 more and finally crumble it up and get 3to4 more hits. Also if it is me flying solo that is 3 seshes.

    The Firefly 2 vaporizer

I’ve had my FF2 since it first became available. Went thru learning curve which was fairly easy for me. There were a few quirky things like not lighting up after sitting for a day or two. Then having to take the battery in and out to wake it up. And of course the cradle. I do have the FF1charger...

    The Firefly 2 vaporizer

I’ve had my FF2 since they were originally released back in early to mid 2016. Heard the buzz peeps were talking about but was too faint for me to worry about. Probably cause al the music I’ve played over the past 30 years or so. I have never combusted with my unit yet and I usually ride at high...

Yes you can change temps at 10 degree intervals from 200-500 degrees Fahrenheit. Plus you still have calibration or power tuning for richer or smoother vapor.

I do this all the time also. But occasionally I do take off the mouthpiece just to check it out and surprisingly the screen does need some cleaning even though the draw seems ok Modnote: Edited to remove reply from quote tags

If the device doesn't wake up with the buttons you may have to remove the battery from the FF2 and then reinsert it. I've had to do this more than once. I think this may be caused by leaving the Unit on the dock too long. Also another thing that's happened to me is after leaving it on the dock...
