I don't have those issues with the cap anymore. I had them at first, it even uncapped once while heating up, but after bending the dents of the super capacitor right, it just stays in place without issues. Been like that for 2 weeks, and I only use a wand to heat up.

I'm not sure how it is with the V2, but with the V1, I like SiC (2.5mm) for half-bowl settings. You get full extraction with just one heating. For the full bowl one, I like to use 3mm Zirconia and enjoy the flavor. I'm excited to try it with the V1 update and more heat retention :brow:

I was looking at some photos of V1 and V2 units and just thought it would be cool if @Brenyo made some V1-style shields for the V2 in the future. I love the look of the V1 personally, but I'm not sure if that would be possible.

With the Super Capacitor, I do first hit 17 flashes if I want it hot, 15-16 for lower temp. Then 8 blinks when vapor stops and ready again :freak:

After some testing, I must say I love this thing. Until T2 comes, this has a perfect place in my rotation

Got mine today, the flavor this thing gives is amazing :freak: Tested first with the regular cap and just had my first bowl with the Super Capacitor. I have to test it more, but I can tell you this thing slaps and it's one of the best flavour TEDs I've tried.

The only dry flower vape I use nowadays, and you can see I have tried a long list of them since I started vaping 20 years ago. After approx 10 years of only dabs, the Tempest made me enjoy flowers again and go back to vaping :science: Of course I'm getting the next iteration; feel free to add...

IME the Revolve gen 2 with the wood doesn't get as hot as the Tempest. That's why I have my full bowl with RevolveG2 and half bowl with Tempest body

I was letting everyone know you don't need third party solutions per se, as you said. They have an option compatible with Ceramo to cool down vapor themselves. Even tho I have to admit I never tried one, so I don't know how well it works. I was just trying to be informative :cheers:

The Quad Bore Ceramic Cooling Tube (not XL) works with the Ceramo, I know because I ordered the wrong one and CS emailed me to let me know.

I use it inserted until the bottom red line on the instructions, all convection. For SiC half bowl OHE, I usually do between 270C-280C for the temp, depending on the flowers and battery. When battery is low I may go up 5C or 10C if I'm not at home, where I would usually just straight swap it...

Big facts. Also another factor for people using the wand, is the batteries and how charged they are. Personally I have 2 Tempest: First is full Tempest Body + half bowl + SiC 2.5mm, cap full open and closed port. Perfect for OHE every single time. Second is wood stem + Revolve 2 inside + full...
