Hey guys I've cracked the little 14mm glass adapter at the went of the whip, Is there anywhere I can buy a replacemnt?

I already said it is not the auto shut-off. If it keeps doing it I will have to send it in for repair.

I think my Pinnacle Pro has developed a fault; It randomly stops heating and blue lights scroll up the display for a few moments. Any idea what could be the problem?

I see it still charges via USB (low current). Does this mean it still consumes more power than it can charge?
