Having that set up already, I would say the lower/recessed base is more ideal for keeping the Herc more compact. I would prefer a bubbler designed specifically for this application. A Nibbler ‘X' and the ‘G' as well, already will adapt to the top of the Hercules with proper silicon mouthpiece...
The anticipations killin’ me! Can’t wait for the experience. Guessing “whats inside” will be the an all mighty board/program incorporating an algorithm suited specifically for ceramic temp control. This is an exiting platform. I also hope for a designed water filter attachment.
A lower voltage Rod for the lower man battery mods (3.7)
.8 ohm seems reasonably perfect for all current units on the market.
Only battery life and operational size being the purchasing factor.
And supporting your favorite vendors that bring such incredible things.:)
With my current mod setup, I find there is NO “button technique”. At the proper wattage level and draw it can plume nonstop with great flavor and very moderate consumption. This is also the .8 ohm rod, which may make the difference ?? (For battery performance.) The algorithm of the chip of say a...
Update: Although the Tesla Stealth is heating the Hercules, It’s just adequate. You’ll never burn your oils but you may prefer having the ability to adjust wattage/voltage to get a Heavier, denser vape. This mod I consider Light-moderate in vapor production.
I have a couple other devices I...
They perform better IMO at that 20w range. 19-20 is sufficient. Of course you need to have a good control on pulsating and keeping temps regulated. These settings may vary slightly from mod to mod.
Be aware that the mod is not adjustable in wattage or voltage. I have to run 2 time out cycles to heat it up and then I hold the button while vaping. No pulsating the button. I just hold the button constantly. It works well but would be nice to bypass the time out.
I have used both and prefer the dual coil. Battery life is Excellent @ 20ish watts. I’m currently at 23w with the dual coil + mini volt pulsating the button.
