I am so fucking tired of John downright lying about shit. I was told months ago that color IO’s “are shipping now” so I placed my order. Still waiting for the IO. I have RMA’d another back end and recieved two battery shipments in the meantime.

That would assume some sort of quality control. I have been a big supporter and I am now getting very sick of their shit. I get vague or nonreply on questions asked of John, the sent me a SS back end to replace my Ti model and now the whole IO is pretty much useless as I can barely get one hit...
Fuck! Less than one bowl and the replacement back end is not right or the body has gone bad. Three different ghb3’s and I can barely get a hit.
Maybe it is time to pack up all of my Hopper shit and sell ot off to someone who wants to deal with the bullshit.

I got my IO back end replacement today. They sent a SS back end to replace my Ti model. 🙄
No purple IO in the order either.
I have a package coming from HL. This will be the second one recently that isn’t likely to have my purple IO in it. RMA service is working quickly but I am frustrated with others receiving orders for purple units placed after mine.
All I will add is that there is no way I believe they are giving $80 credit for something they aren’t going to use. Even if it does get them out of a lifetime warranty.
