Personally, I've had success with both but ultimately decided on the cuboid for the form factor and battery life. I will say my wismec did seem to give more overheat messages than cuboid when cruising even after I tried the screw tightening fix
Here's a great portable stir and scoop tool. Also shown is the large scoop with the elegant looking handle. I've been joking that I should put my pinky out when loading.
I just ordered from him and it was much nicer than I expected for the price. He has a really useful scoop and stir tool. I also recommend picking up one of his dynavap cap remover/scoop as well.
Well let me officially thank you then! I bought 2, traded 1 with a splinter and now regretting it. This setup is definitely top heavy with this mod. That plus having cracked a few RBT glass in my life has me puckering the whole time im hitting this.
Yes I love the ravage way more than my gen 3 dual. Someone on here posted when it was on sale and I want to thank them. I had no prior experience with red panda but it's the same as Arctic for moreorless I think.
Butane for scale. No bananas handy... Just got done refilling a lighter for my vapman
That actually makes more sense that it is sap. It may have been irresponsible of me by not saying it was probably natural and safe. I was a little disappointed when mine did this because mine didn't just simply scrape off.
I never had this happen with my older splinters or milaanas. It may...
Mine did that after I heated it up to remove the glass. I believe it is some kind of clear coat to seal the wood. Mine looked like that and stayed on the outside (didn't wipe off). I ended up sanding mine down and treating the wood again.
I can see the value in using linseed oil to seal it. I'm more of a beeswax and orange oil guy myself. To be honest, it took everything I had not to buy the finished yew, until I saw it was not the same two-toned grain as the picture posted before.
I may sing a different tune after repeated...
You can tell I'm a newbie at the vapman because I have been calling them bowl packs where pan sounds more elegant. Consider me informed.
On a side note, I bought an unfinished pear from @VGOODIEZ to serve as a backup to my basic walnut. I am already in love with the smoothness and routine. I...
Vgoodiez has some back in stock including box wood and yew:love:
So is it safe to assume everyone that has a station will most likely not be parting with it?
Yeah that's pretty late really. On the last drop was for P80s but I searched and found a refurb Marine blue tubo evic I picked up for for a great deal because everyone was all over the P80s and I already had the TetraX
I saw the pink cable one was still there until the very end, but I decided not to buy a backup. I honestly just logged in to see all the new wood choices
