That set up works for me, and if you toss in a k clip, you can secure the reducer to your glass (unless it's a flat top dewar joint). I think having it 14mm adds diversity.
Have you tried running it at max for a bit to do a burn off?
**Has anyone been running theirs 24/7? I sleep in strange patterns, and tend to wake up intermittently, after just a few hours sleep, and will vape to try to get back to bed for a bit longer, so I have had mine running for 3 days...
I'd just like to mention that I'm back to using one screen (the fine mesh from PV) in the Sub... I found the little screen on top of the downstem got clogged too quick, and removed it. Then when the bowl screens started acting clogged, I took them out and noticed a bunch of the oil was building...
depends on the pocket I suppose, it isn't huge, by any means. I wouldn't put it in the front pocket on a tight pair of jeans unless you wanted to attract attention, but in an average loose pocket, it should be fine IMO.
Not really, I've been letting it collect in the glass, took a dab from some that was building up in the bottom of the stem. You have to remember I was out of town for 3 days after it arrived. I wouldn't say our herb is super dank, its definitely up there in the dank category, but I imagine those...
I am using the reducer that I got from PlanetVape with my Sublimator. You might want to contact them ahead of time and make sure they sell one that will fit, or maybe they will see this and chime in with an answer... :D
Nice set up ^^
I found a small stainless steel bowl to dump my ABV into, and have been using the heavy TV-Ultralite Alpha metal case to weigh down the stand, so it's pretty solid now. I found a ss 1/4tsp measuring spoon makes a nice way to load the bowl. Made a long poker out of a wire hanger...
Enrico said it was not a good idea to store both the atomizer and apollo top in the stand together, that the stand was meant for the apollo only, but I think they are working on a stand to allow for both. He posted earlier in the thread...
That Lev bub is just barely adequate for the Sub, and I really don't use it like that all the time. I use the other one in the frame, with water and the cloudbuddy... I was just doing a dry hit vid for the hell of it, and that piece was ready and clean. It does work, but I wouldn't leave the Sub...
So maybe a better, more accurate power dial would improve the experience for you SLIM. I'm using the marks I made the first day, and not sure if I should have let it heat up at a higher temp, then dialed it down, or if the dial is really just not very accurate because this morning, I let it heat...
