you can watch the UFO being heated w/torch here (looked to me like the torch may have been low on fuel, so it wasn't burning hot enough) but it's a good demonstration to understand how it needs to be heated, skip ahead to about the 20min. mark...
I don't understand that response OF, I use my T1 3.7v and get much better results than I did with the 6v. Mainly due to not having to stack the unpredictable batteries, but I easily get 2 loads from a battery now with the LV version, when I was only getting maybe 4-5 hits at most using the 6v...
When I clean the atomizer, I found I need to separate the parts while it's still hot, otherwise they tend to be stuck together from the oils once it all cools down. I just use pliers to hold the stem and a thick cloth to turn the bowl portion. Just have to be cautious not to burn yourself. Then...
I have been scooping, and got what I could, but the entire chamber gets coated in a thin gold residue that I didn't want to have to scrape at, so I used 99% iso. to collect what I couldn't scrape.
Next time I have to give the atomizer a clean up, I'll try to remember to pop a bit of that tubing on there before it goes back together, and of course I'll post pix + details, and let you know if it works out good.
I did an iso wash on the cloud buddy and let that evaporate over the last few...
I have been very zen with my Sublimator. Really not having any issues with it. Granted there is some room for improvement as has already been pointed out, but I couldn't be happier using mine no doubt.

yeah, there is nothing insulating the metal from ambient temp, so I found if I turn on my fan, I have to turn up my voltage a smidge to compensate for the moving air pulling the heat away. I had thought about putting a small section of that high temp safe silicone over the lower portion of the...
been running the Sub through water so far, and decided to dump it out and go dry tonight... now that I've grown used to the water experience I am curious to see how much different this is dry. Amazingly smooth, but I wonder how long my throat can take the dry hits over and over.
well, this is rather discouraging... I hope they are ok, but this is bad news for all of us who paid up front... my 45 days long since past so there is no recourse. I have had horrible luck with having a smooth transaction for glass out side of a retail shop. :\

They just had a really busy week up there in Canada, with the Health Expo, Kush Cup, Day Cruises and Cannabis Day... if you check the vids, they have been in party/recovery mode for at least a week... ;)
