I have the same issue, but I love mine so much the thought of not having it for a week or more is too much for me! LOL! It still functions great and I'll send it back someday, just cringing at the thought of going back to the MFLB or the cursed combustion for a week or more.

Andy, do you recommend any particular variety of wood over another to avoid cracks in the future? Also, is there some kind of wax or something I should be treating my Nano with to avoid this in the future?

Since my Nano needs new wood I am contemplating some custom art this time around. Too bad I stink as an artist! LOL!

Like shredhead posted on page 28, my E Nano has a crack in the wood from top to bottom. Definitely not caused from abuse. I received my unit on March 23rd, not even a month ago. Really not too pleased to have to send this thing in to be replaced so soon!

I've used the Nano with the Direct Draw Tube quite a bit now. Like most have recommended here, I'm using a SS screen with mine. I just throw dry chunks in. I've also used it with the 19mm GonG Andy threw in (Thanks!). I am still perfecting the GonG with Bub, but the Direct Draw Tube is a huge...

From Andy's last post it sounded like he was going to start shipping Monday but I would not be shocked if he will be shipping more units out later in the week. He mentioned that the Nanos were just waiting for the heaters in an earlier post, so I assume final assembly is not terribly time...

Hi Andy, I hope this is a sign that those of us who have been waiting since the end of January will be receiving our E-nanos soon? Any updates on getting the heaters in? Still patiently waiting, but the patience level is beginning to wane, just sayin...

I ordered at the end of January and don't expect my E-nano for at least a couple more weeks without any pleasant surprises. I don't think the website is up to date in that regard.
