I just dropped serious coin on a piece of glass and would like to recoup some of the cost.
So my TN-01 Torchless Nail is up for sale.
This thing is pretty slick.
Used fewer than 20 times.
Two of the Ti nail heads are unused.
$100 + shipping.

@MileHighLife
Thank you, this rig pleases me. :ko:
Yes sir, Lamar indeed.
You know your glass!
This is the nicest non-custom dropdown I have run across.
It's surprising how much the right dropdown affects rig performance and appearance.
I was super happy when I found this dropdown.
With it's...
@Nintenjoo
I'm running my V1.3 base in an 18mm female dropdown:
Makes it so only the upper ring of the nail touches the glass of the dropdown.
The lower portion doesn't come into contact with the glass at all and acts in a direct-inject fashion:

I think that I'm going to pick one up and give it a whirl.
Will report back with some impressions RE: Liger vs. D-Nail (both with SiC).

Do you guys feel comfortable putting the Liger directly into in your rig w/o the use of a dropdown?
Would you do it on a $100 piece?

I like using the old V1.3 base, which fits 14/18mm female, in an 18mm female joint.
It makes it kinda like a direct injection and I get NO reclaim between the nail and the...

What do you guys think about sandblasting a dropdown to help mitigate heat transferring to one's glass?
Would the increased surface area make much difference in dissipating heat or just be an aesthetic difference?
Meh, probably overthinking things.
