Last night I tried the bloody hair straightener method with some CBD buds. I placed them in parchment paper and squished. I didn’t get any rosin at all. Then when I checked on the nug it was basically completely dried out and crunchy. What gives? I figured I would get some return at least.
This reminds me of that blue vape that had the mason jar on top. I forget what it’s called. But it was an early vape in the early 2000s is what this unit reminds me of.

I want to do hair straightener method cause I don’t have money to buy a press. What would I place the bud into as I don’t have any of the rosin bags. Can I use cheese cloth or...

I have no idea how they managed to get the vapor so cool. But they did in such a tiny mouth piece. I been using my flower mate V5 nano lately as well in rotation at night. I. Can say the vapor that comes out of the nano at 185C seems to be warmer than the second setting on the CAP.

If you wanted to buy, should have bought before legalization. Held on to them for a bit. And sell 3 months into legalization. Money would have been made that way.
Ultrasonic cleaners regardless of chemicals used inside or not are not recommended for porous materials. So if the crucibles are in fact porous or claim to be porous they should not go in the ultrasonic cleaner. Regardless if a chemical is being used or not.
