You've dried the hell out of the inside. I would use a q-tip dipped in clean water to 'rinse' the water off and then use another q-tip to apply the DV wax or beeswax to the inside of the body. Do it quickly and you should be ok.

It's getting close to too much airflow, but only close. So far it's different but different in a good way. When it's time to clean it I may put the condenser back in, or I may not.

I have such good luck with the Crafty Liquid Pads that I use them as the screen in all four of my stems.

Let me introduce you to my new creation. The Silver Sliver. An '18 M Nayshtyle, with Omni mouthpiece, '18 M tip, and no condenser.
