according to edit it is 28 cm which is almost 1 foot. i found it also here http://www.head-nature.com/06497 they offer it with 14.5 precooler.. I wonder if they have also 18.8 mm version of connector to fit with glass vape-bowl .. which will be interesting setup as well

Well, yesterday I have accomplished VaporStar session during snowboard trip to nearby mountains. It worked good but it required very long heatings due to colder weather. So the torch can be emptied easily unfortunately, while vaping, some idiot stold me my snowboard :( .. so this incident...

Thx Devo, maybe thats the explenation I was looking for. Additionally, I think it has something to do with that the jet lighter produces quite strong air-stream which reach the lungs faster.

I will sure get another.. at least 1 :D I am dreaming about the glass VG and since my friend who smoked discovered vaporizing effects, he wants glass VG as well :) Yea using jet-lighter with VS is little bit tricky, but after you get it, you get better hits in terms of size and taste.

Welcome to FC. Cheesus.. Im glad you like VS as I do. (thinking of using it right now :D ) However, I would NOT suggest to use beeline/hempwick (or any candle flame source) with VS. The flame touches the metal and produces soot.. OTOH, beeline works better with VG .. checkout my review of VS...

I dont think the filter will be 'gone'. Silicon carbid is really resistant.. it is used for disc brakes of Bugatti Veyron, Lamborghinis etc... Material is not the issue, I think it's the 'sponge' design which cause the heigh shinkage. But I wonder why did nobody noticed this and I didn't find...

I think I ve noticed that too, but I was like, 'the filter is like before and I am little bit paranoid', so I forgot about that.. now when you noticed that also I am wondered about this issue as well. Anyway it is maybe a normal reaction of silicon carbid filter and they have lifetime warranty...
