I've had my ti screen in mine for about 2 weeks now and love it. I've popped it out and cleaned it once already and it was nice not worrying about breaking it like I did when I removed the ceramic one. I highly recommend the ti screens as a cheap replacement/upgrade.

Let's all take a close look at those dewar joints that both yingmin and sunshine are using on those HTs. Those look pretty deep to me. The glass piece you are using it with might also affect the whistle. I have one HT that I can get the EVO to whistle and one that won't no matter how hard I pull.

@Squiby 3 & 5/8 inches or 9.2cm is my ti woody. XL is 4 & 1/8" or 10.7cm These are all approximate as I didn't take mine apart to fit the XL in. I just layed it beside it but hope this helps.
