It is hard to say what is 'better' imo. I found the gen5 ti tip to be a better 'one hitter' while the gen6 ti tip performs better in longer sessions. And since the ss tip does take longer to heat up it is actually lower temp when the cap clicks (with the same lighter compared to a ti). So I get...
