So my Pinnacle has a problem. When I plug it into charge, no lights come on. If I press the button, it flashes blue very quickly and then stops. Any ideas? I'm searching the thread, but no luck so far. If this has been discussed before, I would appreciate it if you could point me in the right...

Agreed. That £20 charge will have included import VAT and a Royal Mail Handling Fee (they first pay the import VAT for you, then charge you said VAT plus a fee for doing it). In fact, most of that £20 is probably the handling fee. The best way to avoid any fees at all is by getting all packages...
