Directly, not that I know of. Sometimes you can use a Nano WPA and another stem in combination.

I now just call it low or small dosing and avoid to micro minefield.

IMO basing ones glass on the 18.8mm base is just more adaptable. Its easy to get an 18.8mm bubbler to accept a 14.4mm WPA going the other way not really as good an option.
