I'm new to the Vaponic, so I just ordered the plain one and some extra screens. I have lots of torches for my vapcaps so I didn't need one of those.
It's such a simple device-not much can go wrong other than the obvious fatal accident of glass breaking.
I'm having a hard time finding a favourite feature.
I honestly wish I was more excited about the Chewy 2.0 . I've not posted cuz I don't really dislike it, it's just more meh for me. And honestly I was expecting more based on what I'd read and told by other members.
The #1 issue for the Chewy...
Handling, because of our natural oils, and light have the most effect on wood's color change over time. Remember that wood has never seen the light of day-it's been covered under bark.
The wax Mike uses really just conditions the wood to keep it from drying out. Maple won't change nearly as...
Just added my name to the Timber waiting-list. And I'm really stoked about that-but patiently stoked.
And it's easy to be patient when you've got the LB to hang out with until that happy day.
You're only allowed to be pissed at yourself until you get the new bathroom trash can with a lid. Shame isn't good for anyone except as a motivator for change. You fucked up and now you're fixing it. And she loves you unconditionally. Forgive yourself friend.
We all make mistakes, and this one...
I've gone to using tophat/rimmed screens instead of the Liquid pads for the reasons mentioned.
The tophat screens provide a lot of what the pads did: restricted draw due to finer mesh, a bit more conduction and heat retention because of the finer mesh and more SS overall, giving larger hits...
It probably isn't too much to ask, but it may be beyond Joe's authority to do without approval.
I'd really be bummed too, as all my transactions are debit which is basically cash. And there are months where being out that $50+ would really eff things up.
Sorry man.
Just having a mega-cup of coffee with 1/2 & 1/2 infused with reclaim from a couple of pieces of glass: a Milaana glass stem I'd used for concentrates and a drop-down stem from a WP.
It's my favorite way to start a rainy Sunday. And it's well worth it.
That's such a smart long-term decision. And I can only imagine it will bring the turn-around time for completing batches down some more. Production in batches depends on the kind of organization you're doing. Kudos.
Yes it is. And versatile too. It's great for flower, and concentrates too.
I just used @Squiby's technique of squishing a Liquid Pad-the kind your Mighty uses-into the shape of the tip and cut it to size for my '18 M. Dropped it in the tip, put some concentrate on top, heated the tip a bit to...
I've started using a single flame torch, a bigger one and I like it better than the 3-flame torch. Great sessions, better taste, and nowhere close to combustion.
I LOVE your photos, some of my favorites of my beloved Omni XL. I share your distaste for contests-especially as it relates to art. Of any kind. Art is art. Art is not a contest of good or bad, better or best; it's about moving hearts and opening minds. It's about bringing us together, not...
During the summer where I live is very humid. Might I recommend that you dry your flower on a piece of paper suspended over the top of a lamp/light for 25-45 minutes, then grind all of that and put it in a doob tube or other sealed device to keep the material dry enough to vaporize well?
You're...
My 3-flame is in a triangle and 6 secs on the first cycle is too short for me. What I discovered, very happily this morning, is that a 10 second heat-up on the first cycle and 6 sec heat-up on the subsequent lead to a very nice session. My ABV is a nice even dark roast, and I'm right where I...
