I keep a supply of class three pain management drugs on hand and when needed I use them. However, I have never found pot to be a particularly effective pain reliever. On the upside MJ works as a relaxant for me.

One thing that springs to mind is that different bud can produce different levels of vapor. There is also the possibility you have adapted to the Plenty so you are cooking the load out faster, that happened to me.
It might be worth looking through a few lab supply sites for glass balls, when I was doing the lab monkey thing we used various sizes of borosilicate glass balls.
As far as small loads go the Buddha has less air path restriction than the Nano and its way easier for me to adjust the load placement in the LSV heater cover I am using.
