For me its all risk assessment and tolerance, I was comfortable with the device before the current scare started and nothing about the device has changed so I am still not afraid. Not saying you are wrong just that we have different viewpoints, assessments and approaches
Looking at the way all the parts stack together to form an air path I decided all that was needed was a quick wipe down of the offending surfaces when I was getting ready to use the vape.
There is a tool for that. I use high temp O-rings set on the exterior of stems and WPAs to mark the fill depth of the load above the stems screens. As long as everything remains the same (load depth, grind and tamp) the load weight is easily repeatable. It all started when I was looking for a...
Try bumping the heat to between two and three thirty, let the load heat soak for a minute or so and it looks like you are closing in on the draw. Good luck and hang in there.
Interesting, Thanks. If you don't mind another question, with the departure of the LSV is the glass portion of the product line going away too after on hand stocks runs out?
Hey Mr Me2 What vapes are you going to try them with? The idea of a long life screen sounds so sweet on the other hand a rectangular screen over a round hole sounds challenging. Looking foward to your follow up.
I use an LSV and a Da Buddha and ninety percent of the time both open and close at the same temp setting.
Hey shatter-reality. Have you tried altering your usual draw? Sometimes a big change in the vapes thermal mass and restriction benefits from a slower draw, at least in my case. Enjoy
I never tried cranberry extract or PBW, to this point my solution for really stubborn pot gunk on glass was acetone but I ran out. It worked well as a overnight soak and scrub, when used in a well ventilated area followed by a water flush. Out of an abundance of caution I kept the acetone away...
I just finished my first ever try with Simple Green and it cleaned fairly well (including the SS screen and silicone collar) at a 1 to 1 concentration. My only question is how long will it take for the smell to disappear? Like a fool I experimented on the WPA that I wanted to use tonight so I...
I have a silly question, what type of glass piece are you using? After I broke my last recycler I never replaced it because it was such a pain in the butt to keep clean.
Three suggestions depending on your vape and what you are looking for. I use the MFLB when I want a small piece and Sneaky Pete has two globes that might be worth a look.
