HELL YEAH!!!!! Got my birthday present from the wife . I'm already good to go, had plenty of practice with Jr. and Daisy.
Sidebar: for any Sticky Bricker's that may have an Herbalaire......the dry mouthpiece from the Hydro Maxx fits the Herbalaire perfectly. Best mouthpiece so far (for me)...
Ok so I got my malfunctioning Milaana back and it's time to report:
So the whole process was painless. Followed the tips I got from the gang here and I was good to go. RBT's communication was great all the way up to the moment they shipped my unit back to me, and they three in an extra shorty...

Thank you so very, very much that description and pics. You couldn't have made it more simple than that. I definitely wanted the XLS. I was already in communication with Matt just checking on my order so I asked if I could upgrade if mine hasn't been made yet, just waiting for his response...
Can you please help me out? I had the same issue as @grokit when trying to order the Ti Woody, that option just wasn't there at all. I got confused and ordered the Ti Woody S, hoping that it was the XLS. I got it in Burl with the exotic Mouthpiece. Can you please tell me what is the difference...
Hi everybody. Is the Black Friday/cyber Monday sale over already? 6pm NYC time and the website won't allow me to use the coupon. The big banner on the main website page says the sale is still on. In my cart, I have: 6 pack adjustable stems, aluminum stand, replacement cord, pack of silicone Stem...
Woo-Hoo, Happy Thanksgiving family. Brooklyn, NY may have been the first order for the Black Friday sale. Logged in about 5 minutes early and was able to get my order in before midnight :clap:
Does anyone know of any "retail" sites that may have any Milaanas left with the lifetime warranty? I'm trying to source one for my uncle. He's a much older gentleman and this will probably be the only vape that he will ever own. That's why I'm looking for one with the lifetime warranty and...

I'm not sure if this has been discussed already but if anyone needs a carb hole blocker and hates the idea of tape, you can use the foam ear plugs. The cheap ones that you use on the plane or construction sites. Just squeeze and twist until they're skinny enough to fit in the carb hole, insert...
Shout out to @Slow Draw McGraw received the replacement intake with lighting speed (in mailbox since yesterday). Thank you for bomb proofing it because the package was completely destroyed (damned post office), and a big shout out for the extras. You Rock:rockon:
That sticky paranoia must be contagious..... I find myself checking the bowl every other hit swearing that I have just combusted, but nope it's just the sticky paranoia getting the best of me.
I have another little pet peeve..... every time I finish and dump the bowl, I turn over the bottom cap...
Question for anyone that's done a warranty claim with RBT.......after you complete the contact form, the site says that someone will be in contact with you. Am I waiting for an RMA form/number or do I just send it back with a note inside after completing the form?
