No one paying attention expects to use an electronic vape straight out of the box. Most need charging and (possibly several) burn offs. Why is a few quick swipes with a qtip and ISO through the condenser and tip so onerous?

Might be close enough for the thread-in-the -channels hack. Remove the lower o-rings from the tip, Leave the top-most o-ring, the spacer one, in place. Wind cotton thread in the grooves, then mount o-rings over the thread. Be sure not to use thread that will melt (polyester or nylon).

Tha PAX loading tool is actually quite versatile for the vapcap. In addition to filling the tip, the handle end is great for setting CCDs, and the scoop can be used to push an x-ring down from the tip end if you want one to close off the airport.
