What he said was that like all plastics used in injection moulding, the plastic turns from a solid state to a liquid with no change to the composition ie no gas is released. In other words its safe to use but it may go out of shape.

My replacement PonG has arrived to the UK in under a week, plus an extra mouthpiece. You cant fault that service whatsoever. Thanks to Eric for sorting it out. @sasNW The airflow is pretty much unrestricted. The tip restricts it slightly but it still flows fairly freely.

@GSH I start at 3 and bump up to 4 but I do like higher temps than most. I don't feel that heating up to a higher level and dropping down one makes a difference for me. So I heat up to 3, once the lights stop flashing I rip it, which are like level 2 hits for a few mins as the heat hasn't...

@GSH Hey, have you inserted the mouthpiece tip? I was one of the guys saying the vapor was too hot but once I inserted the tip it was no longer an issue. I also prefer the airflow with the tip in.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think FC would be blocked because of the content rather than/as well as the name. Theres plenty of clean named sites that are blocked purely because of the info they contain.
