Here's some pictures of a new recycler from Colie Glass that I thought you guys might be interested in. I'm not sure but it looks like the pictures were taken at various stages of the production.
I think this is the matching dome that goes with it.
I don't know why but that little "pull it" at the end made me giggle. I think it might have been because it reminded me of the old days when I was young and foolish and smoking shotties. It had the same tone to the voice that would be used when one went bad and got stuck. I don't know if you...
I felt it might be a good idea to create a thread sharing some of the most disgusting methods I used to smoke back when I was young and foolish. This way we can all appreciate just how much be vapourisation is. Please share your own techniques if you have any that are particularly nasty or...
I know this is an entirely British reference but now I've got the song from this advert in my head while watching the video of that piece in action.
Edit: Sorry I forgot to say that looks like a nice piece, very frothy on a strong draw which I'm guessing is good for dabs. Although I...
Yeah I think most things sold on ebay don't have a warranty because they aren't authorised dealers, that's not to say all of them aren't. Some people don't mind this and prefer to take the gamble and save some money, I guess it all depends how risk adverse you are. Always check with the person...
Thanks for all the tips guys.
Mine has only got what looks like only a couple of hits worth so I might have to save it up to make it more worthwhile. Of course because I share it with a few friends someone else could get there first but I think I might risk it to get the yield a bit higher.
I...
I did think about using the side of the pick but thought it might be a bit too blunt like the coat hanger, I'll probably just use a pair of scissors but thanks for the suggestions.
Yeah, I like to live dangerously I guess. Would a coat hanger not be a bit too blunt?
I tend to use razor blades for quite a few things so hopefully I won't cut myself, of course those could be the famous last words before I go for a little trip to the hospital.
That's funny because I was looking at my WPA last night and was thinking it might be time to scrape out some of that goodness.
I was wondering what the best method would be to get the residue out of it without using ISO as I don't have any. I know a razor blade would be too wide but I was...
I'd like to make a suggestion to all you intrepid explorers that delve into these Clouds in hope of repair to create a dedicated thread detailing your experiences, both the successful and the less successful, so that people who wish to attempt to resurrect their own fallen heroes can find this...
I'm sorry to hear about your falls @mvapes but I'm glad you didn't seriously injure yourself. Big love winging it's way across the Atlantic from the other side of the pond from me to you. Don't ever feel like you can't shed a few tears and that's coming from a man that lives in the second most...
If you don't mind using an adapter you could always get the 14mm shorty and a low pro reducer like the one below but I know some people find these sorts of solutions a bit ugly. Also there's nothing wrong with having a spare I guess.
There is an LSV in classifieds on here being sold for $140...
It funny you should say that because although I don't have mine in front of me I don't remember it being that short either. I just got the picture from the 7th Floor website so maybe they changed the design at some point.
Black Friday is on November the 29th this year.
Sorry about the abbreviations. The LSV heater cover has an 18mm female joint on the inside and a male spherical joint(the ball in a ball and socket joint) on the outside. As is shown here:
This means it can mate with either a female...
@exit If you've already got an LSV I'd recommend using a 18-18 male adapter and just stir between hits as this will save you a fair amount of cash. Whereas if you're about to order the LSV then I'd say get the WPA as it's only a few bucks extra when ordered together(at least that was the deal...
Don't worry man, you weren't irritating at all. I'm sorry if I made you think you were. I just thought I'd direct you to some of the people who know best about that device. I noticed there are a few very knowledgable people on that thread like Vitolo, he really helped me out when I was making...
