The mouthpiece broke right at the joint.
My DHGate FC-UFO is so heavy duty I think I can beat someone up with it!
I kind of naturally assumed that $150 American glass would be WAYYYYYYYYY better than $35 Chinese glass, but nope! I want to support American small businesses and glass artisans...
Their warranty is the exact dollar-for-dollar price of the glass itself. How is that a warranty? Apple doesn't charge you $800 for iPhone Applecare.
Plus as I mentioned, this glass broke when tipped over. I've had glass for 35 bucks from DHGate that withstood 4 foot drops and this thing didn't...
So I just got a VapeXhale Hydrabomb on Saturday and it broke last night. It basically tipped on its side and the entire mouthpiece broke off at the joint. I e-mailed support. They originally said I should buy the warranty that covers damage.
The cost? $150. Insane. I e-mailed asking if they...

No rush @stickstones since I couldn't buy it tonight if I wanted to.
I'm not dead set on the VapeXhale hydratubes, but they seem to be the most popular and they are affordable. My DHGate water pipe just ain't doin' it.
I'll go one step further: if you're having weaker performance, it is almost ALWAYS because your screen needs to be replaced, whip needs to be cleaned, or the upper bowl assembly entirely.
The Herbie team has said "just because the screen looks okay doesn't mean it is. Always pop the top screen...
I've got to go with @biohacker on this one. The Herbalizer is so ridiculously efficient with material that the extra cost will pay for itself pretty quickly.
I bought the Volcano Solid Valve kit. It's bowl is HUGE. You'll use a lot more material less efficiently.
So I think I might be in the market for a new piece of glass for the Herbalizer. I already own Ratchet's SonG v2, so at least I'm ready! Looking for a recommendation. I'd like the following features:
- Honeycomb intake
- Sit directly on the Herbie w/ SonG and take hits directly, no whips or...
Don't know if anyone can help you here. No one has any idea what is wrong so the severity of the damage is totally speculative. On top of that, probably everyone here is still under warranty and hasn't had to pay for a repair.
I will say this, though. The 5 year limited warranty basically says...
You can ISO-bath your screens. It helps a lot, but you really should have a good supply of fresh brand new screens available as well. They're only about 50 cents a pop anyway.
I don't really see a difference in use from the DHGate glass I have and a bag other than a bit cooler and a LOT more inconvenient to use.
I use the bag system primarily because it is insanely convenient to have things on tap, especially if you're couch-locked with someone else :)
Why do you...
I wouldn't hold my breath. I asked once a while back and they said no.
I've migrated the the Volcano solid valve bag system. Way better in every way with the sole exception you need to hold it down to fill.
For those of you using hydratubes that plug directly into the bowl, are you buying from DHGate? Any models that you would recommend?
I have a water pipe where I can connect the hose to it, but it is kinda a pain.
It was originally over $700. Now you can routinely buy it for $500. If you're expecting another price drop anytime soon, you should just look for another vape
