Sometimes I have been able to unscrew the heater/chamber when hot, sometimes it won't and the thin wall cylinder can easily be deformed if you apply too much torque. Just be patient with it. I assume you are cleaning the entire chamber and the top of the screen in-situ with ISO and Q-tips...
