thanks @Hogni, I used the 2 holes to secure the ribbon, I think the handle is ok, I might e-mail them and ask if the not fitting is any kind of a safety issue. Tried it with some CBD flower in the glass bowl, works a treat, looking forward to having a go with the real thing later:D

I have a question about the e-nail handle assembly, I thought it would be delivered already assembled but the e-nail and handle are separate. Anyway, the cable seems a bit too fat to fit into the handle, I watched this video and it seems a bit of a tight fit but with mine the 2 halves dont...
