How safe is eating herb long term?

hmmm, you'd think we would know if consuming edible cannabis puts a strain on the liver? It would be seen as a risk factor for liver disease...wouldnt it? My intuition would be that it's probably not harmful especially in the small doses that the typical user would ingest. Of course I could be...

Because drug policy is not driven by the need to keep the public safe it is driven by the need of those in power to preserve and entrench existing power structures. Governments do not want a citizenry who are healthy independent freethinkers that would make their job much too hard, they want us...

    Athlete Vaporists?

I've heard of them but never actually used one, I have settled with altra as I like the wide toe box + zero drop thing. I cant afford to chase the runners high like I used to, injuries, it costs too much in shoes and it works against strength training, for a while I identified as a runner who...

    I just saw the moon

It is true that none of us has to interact with Elon musk however he has a very large platform, lots of young men look up to him, he seems like a hero because he has accomplished amazing things, but he's a bad role model. I think boys deserve and need better role models and better heroes than...

    Athlete Vaporists?

I find that searching for the optimal accessory, gadget, clothing etc becomes almost as compelling as the athletic activity, such an enticing rabbit warren to contemplate. I have amassed a fair amount of stuff, not sure much of it qualifies as excellent though, shoes in particular have been...

    I just saw the moon

I see your argument but I still cant get past his arrogant jerkiness. There surely are or have been geniuses, mavericks etc who are personable, self effacing, sweet & kind? Or maybe in some cases a difficult personality is an integral part of a particular talent?

    Athlete Vaporists?

I can relate! 'noooo, I cant possibly, I will surely die of exposure'🥶 I have a security blanket in the form of a very light waterproof jacket which folds up tiny, I think of it as my mithril coat, it gets me outta the door! good call! with me it's hands and feet, mostly feet, I tried neoprene...

Thank you for posting all this, it is encouraging I agree. "Step forwards now Cannabis Tsar I command thee! Make yourself known and get to work!!" But.... Surely pharma companies will lobby hard against this, not to mention the alcohol sector, they all stand to lose profits. The 'problem' with...

    Athlete Vaporists?

the best thing about winter, only us die hards are out there✊ Having said that I tend to drop cycling in favour of running in the winter, I just cant keep warm on a bike, whereas the opportunity to feel a bit cold when running (after struggling with being too hot in the summer) is always...

    Severe Upper Back Pain

So sorry to hear this, since the pain is increasing it sounds as if you should get a diagnosis & if necessary treatment. My first thought is also trapped nerve or similar, do you know of a good physio? For your recovery maybe look into some basic yoga (search youtube 'yoga for back pain' etc)

    Gel capsules

I'm so intrigued as to why the capsules are closer to vaping than other types of edible? Is it at least in part to do with the details of the decarbing process? So, as compared to the oiled caps the dry ones take a long time and are over quickly? But wouldnt this make them not worth using...

    Gel capsules

I melt 1g /1000mg of rso into 19ml of olive oil, that way I have have 50mg of rso per 1ml of rso-olive oil mix, I use a syringe and draw up 1.5 -1.6 ml in total which gives me 75 -80 mg of rso. I'm not sure what the exact concentration of thc is in the rso, Google seems to think it's about 50%...

    Gel capsules

Hello👋🙂 I've been lurking here for a while and wanted to say thanks for all the info posted on this thread. I am in the foothills of my edibles journey so here to learn and hopefully contribute where I can! Currently I use RSO (melted into olive oil for more accurate dosing) I find 80mg of rso...

A Guide to 'Healthy' Vaping: a consideration of the entire process

that's quite something surely! perhaps suggests that cannabis delivered via vaping has an anti inflammatory effect on your cardio vascular system? My RHR goes into low 50's high 40's if I do a lot of running, even so I'm pretty slow, I think I must just have small lungs or something:D Me too...
