When you get a new vape (any vape) it is suggested to run a burn off session because they all have oil and crap used for packing at the very least. You want to run a good first burn off and then it should be gone for good. This is normal with every vape. The person before wasnt talking about...

A little off gassing is normal process. As long as it doesnt last too long. If after one session of a full burn off the smoke is still there then you may have a problem. People saying to return it may not know that a little off gassing is normal.

400 dollars I agree is way too expensive for this unit. There are enail devices that are more portable that are much cheaper. I'm glad I got one for the 79 bucks I did. It'll be a nice conversation piece at least and looks like it'll do concentrate quite well.
