I once concentrated some CDB bud so the THC was about typical for what I’d have in a normal THC edible (so lots of other noids in there). Was a totally different experience and very sedating, and relaxing.

Your CBD flower will also have some THC in it, usually around 1% total THC, so that would be your most likely THC source. But even a low tolerance guy like me doesn’t feel ‘high’ effects until 3% Total THC so you should be ok unless you use a lot more than typical.

To remove my FMJ- wrapped cap I always use a stacked set of like three silicone finger pads that people use for hot glue. They are super cheap and the tip fits right inside (like your finger would) and then you can just pull the cap off. Probably would work great for the armored cap as well.
