Litigation can sometimes drag on for years.... Would that mean they won't honor the warranties until then? That's what I wonder about, since it has already been stated that (the litigation) is the holdup.

Hi, I have been smoking for over 4 decades, but only vaping since January ( April with the Cloud +) Every night I use my finger to scrape out the brown (resin?) that accumulates at the bottom opening of my HT. Should I be saving that? Thanks, Tbill

I did make some progress, as I finally dislodged the other piece. So I now have 2 loose pieces at the bottom of the tube that are blocked by the splashguard. It is a mystery to me how these pieces got underneath the splashguard to begin with.

HI Seek, Part of the problem is that one of the pieces is dislodged, but when I turn the HT upside down, it goes into that inside tube that is sealed on top . it looks like the only way it can come out is out the bottom of the HT, but the slit is so narrow it can't get through.

Actually, on further inspection, it turned out the resin was on the outside of the male joint. Had to have built up from the inside of the HT Glass -even though I clean it every night.

I agree. I understand their problem that people might break their clouds on purpose, so replacing them with a new Nimbus would be a problem. But as you say, why can't they have a good supply of Cloud parts (heaters) on hand? I get the feeling that these Cloud repairs will be a last priority...
