Hi @Brenyo , Just wondering if the tip/head diameter of the v1 with the v2 upgrade kit installed will be the same as the standard v2? I have a scruffy woofer cooling stand order coming up soon and would like one of the ports made for my v1 with upgrade kit. Cheers mate.

Yeah, I did end up get my refund. It was weird though, on the refund notification it looked like the whole order was refunded. But it was just for the chico and shipping which we agreed upon. I am really happy with the satchmo, it’s a great product. I would have loved to get a chico as well...

Just having a closer look at the pics of it now and it won’t work for the tempest. It has a raised hex bit in the middle of the magnet that I hadn’t noticed initially, so will only work with vestratto devices unfortunately.

I did email asking about a stainless reload, this was the reply… I would also interested in titanium but, as someone above said, I think the price would make it unfeasible. Vestratto have announced a stainless stash that is a similar concept to the reload. I’ve got one on order so will see if...

Anyone know a good place to get a nice wooden heat shield for the Vestratto stem? I was after a silver mist tornado but ended up with a carbon one so that will need replacing. Most of the wooden ones I’ve found are out of stock. Open to commissioning one too. Cheers.

I agree with this. From the blurry picture we can see I feel the v1 body is much more aesthetically pleasing. I can understand why a multi size wpa was integrated into the stem but think a stand alone wpa would be a better idea. Too late now I suppose.

In regards to the manufacturer, trust is easily lost and hard to regain. There should be consequences for the dishonesty and cover ups. I know I personally will never buy one of their products.
