I received my Imag+ last night. While I did notice a strong smell, I don't believe I saw any fumes coming off of it during my burnoffs. So far I can say that I really like this vape. Much more so than my Tvape 2.0. I feel like without temp settings, I always get much closer to combustion...

I agree 100%. I was having the same problems as @justme with the vape turning on and then off again in about 10 seconds. I tried buying new batteries and a charger, but what worked in the end was just making sure all compartments are screwed in as tightly as possible.

In my experience, they always respond on the same day I sent an e-mail. Although you have to take the time difference into account of course
