@stark1
bamboo Used it often when I was a flutemaker
very strong at right angles to its length, splits very easily lengthwise
fluemakers say bamboo will crack; not if, but when.
bamboo dust is irratating
the smoke from burning bamboo is toxic
I rejected it as unsuitable for stem material...
hey, thanks bro. I try.
its all about the Golden Rule...and not being a money grabbing asshat! Nobodys perfect, but I am amazed that some folks dont even try...indeed, go out of their way to screw with people to make a dollar.
A thing goin on here is scam phone calls telling people that...
yes, offgassing is why I didnt pursue stabilized wood for stems. The process involves infusing resin...a sort of epoxy ish liquid. Resins can offgas untill they cure, and heating them up again can cause offgassing as well. Im not an authority on this, but did not want to take the chance...
Sorry about your hearing loss.
Necessity being the mother of invention, I can see why a timed session is a must for you, and why you are focusing on that approach. I wish you best success with your heater.
I am mostly a torch guy, but I do have a portside mini, which I focused on this week...

hi Stu hope all is well
question about my "vape related equipment" page
tinypic has finally stopped hosting. I will repost my pics via another host, but this is an oppo to update my presentation...always felt my page kinda sucked. Can I just create a fresh new page and delete (or let die)...
@stark1
totally... for the omni condenser, just pull abit
For spinning mp, the spacer is best option
yes, hopfully the glassmaker has the tooling to blow, cut to length, and fire polish.
Hey, Im legally blind...its' all " little buggers" to me!
TRWW 2mmxl Spacer
Adding 2 parts to adjust condenser tip placement
1- acetal spacer
2- 007 x ring
The spacer goes behing the spinning mp
The 007 x ring goes behind the standard 008 x ring. The mp spins as normal, and the condenser is adjusted for the glass stem length. The stems will have...
@stark1 A pancake mouthpiece? you....a mp shsped like is on a tobacco pipe?
I am sure that, if all goes well, many folks will be acquiring RWW glass stems.
I am sorry to hear about your troubles with the Dynavap M. I dont have a shadow version - but my standard M has been a workhorse. Man, that shadow M looks disgusting! I live in soggy Oregon and I have never heard of such a thing. I know its a pain, but if you accepted a replacement of a...

Ive had my hydravong since last Thursday….long enough to get a feel for its performance. Yesterday, I took the ti tip and xl condenser off my Ti stem, and put it on the hydra, as I am used to using...
