Yeah I don't blame air path for flavor, unit is fine when cooled. And agreed its a very subjective area which is why I don't mention it much.

I didn't want to risk pushing the herb into the glass holes or getting it finer and dirting up the glass, I am also not that fond of exhaling out the herb as its hard to blow it into my container safely. Ironically I always use the metal lip on the Cap for when I had the metal screen.
