As DDave said, I think that if you want to sleep you should try higher temps. Maybe put there just a pinch of herb and take 2 or 3 hits between 5-7. This way you will extract more CBD, at low temps usually you extract more THC and that can create some anxiety. I use cannabis for insomnia and...
