Try a full session on low, I keep telling people this and no-one listens! low is awesome, my friend has a N02 vape that you cannot use higher than the LOW temp for pax or the n02 will burn you :D It was what originally made me tinker, I couldnt figure out why his shit brick vape was working...
Ive noticed compressing too much with my most recent strain completely blocks my air flow.:\ be careful overpacking it!
I agree with not fucking constantly with the temp, my friend does it to mine mid session and it pisses me off hahaha, I have said that before, 3 different temp settings for...
check to see if there is a gap between the spacer and the stainless stem. If there isn't, there should be, and the stainless tube is too far inserted into the plastic mouthpiece. Make sure you're cleaning that ring when you clean the Pax, if that ring gets stuck it will cause one of the symptoms...
http://www.upworthy.com/see-the-scientific-accident-that-may-change-the-world-or-at-least-your-battery-l?c=cp2 This made me extremely excited! I saw a razor at the mall the other day and had to google it, It claimed 3 hours of use in under 3 minutes of charge.
I want to clean mine, so that it doesnt stop working
Yea I remember you and someone else discussing weather or not it has a strong plasticy taste. I agree with you that it has a taste, Its not strong to me, but a brand new pax did have a strange hint, I dont notice it now that its not...
I have a model that I have taken apart several times, they're very nicely made, the stainless path is completely separate from any internals, with no breaks in the tube of any sort. The vapor flavor is insane on low, medium maintains flavor and puts out serious vapor, and makes massive clouds on...
bahahaha
I clean mine once a week and I use it a lot, I actually only use a pax right now. I am what I consider a heavy user. It may seem tough to learn, but once you get the hang of it its seriously so easy, and like bob said
its somewhat satisfying getting the pax nice and new feeling. I'll...
haha I wasnt picking on you, I understood your question and answered it separately. Theres been a lot of discussion about what to do with the lube packets as a lot of people have had a lot of trouble with applying it straight from the packet and storing the packet with out leakage. I dont see...
I put my lube on the pipe cleaner after I've cleaned the latch then stick a pipe cleaner down there with some lube. I havent needed to lube either of my new Pax yet, I keep up on cleaning them and havent had a problem yet. I clean the switch once a week unless I blaze keef out of it.
yikes that...
Yep, I mentioned before I made a leather skin for this and it allowed me to use it in the cold, I let it heat up inside the skin first and it worked fine after that.
or it could be that hes blazing outside when its cold as fuck... is it cold as fuck when your outside with it? Are you leaving it in the car? Any prolonged cold, even if its in your jeans outside this can make it cold enough to malfunction, I tried hitting mine after shoveling my van and...
NO! hahah that'll kill your battery, its fine doing that, the vapor doesnt build up that fast, and when your ready to hit it it'll be nice and milked already :D i usually wait about 10-20 seconds to hit it when I smoke alone to let the oven build up the vapor.
Smoking it will smell, the high setting smells worse than the low, I'd say med and hi smell about the same. I carry around two and I barely clean them more than once a week unless I put keef in it. OFF however, they dont smell too bad, they'll obviously smell more with a loaded/cooked oven. We...
Time your sessions, if your not getting an hour of use then theres an obvious problem. Dont obsess over checking the battery mid session, Ploom says two hours of use, I think that's a bit exaggerated but I'm not sure, I've never run it down on a timer.
Dont let the indicator fool you, they arnt that accurate from what I've experienced. Just keep using it, I remember reading (in a non vaporizer thread about batteries) that the devices that take these batteries are usually programmed to learn the battery over time. If you remember, old batteries...
