Thank you jambandphan03, i'll try all that. I do clean regularly, but i'll work on the mouthpiece a bit more.

My Pax is acting up tonight. When i turn it on the light goes from white to whatever temp i set it at but does not turn purple then green unless i jiggle the mouthpiece. Who's better at handling the problem, Ploom or Vaporstore ?

I'm wondering how long you can leave it on the charger? It takes about an hour to charge, but is it safe to just leave it there?

Went out of town Sat, seems the mailman showed up after i left. Two day shipping from Utah -NY, not bad. Now i have to wait till 10am tomorrow to pick it up, I will be at the P.O. at 10am sharp ;)

Yes, now if i go out with it i either don't pack it first or put a rubber band over the cap and bottom if there are flowers in there.

I leave mine plugged in all the time when not in use and i have left it for a few days on several different occasions, no problem.

I put a black dot on the silver cap, mine seems finicky and likes that facing the back.

I have the cap stirrer in.

If i go out with the Puffit already loaded or don't finish a bowl, i just put a rubber band over the top. Not very elegant, but it works. A cap that stays on tight would make it better.

I leave mine at 7 or almost 7 and get good hits. I have a finer grind than you do in that photo, but it's not powder. I fill mine all the way and then pack it down so it looks only half maybe 3/4 full. I get visible vapor, but depending on what blend i'm using will determine how much vapor i...
