Mostly just VVPS units but there might be a few vaporizers available if I decide to trim back my private collection and sell some of those off. Generally we put odd ball vapes on the website as Lost Dogs as we find them instead of saving stuff up for times like the Yard Sale. :2c:
Heya everyone, Underdog here with your Tuesday update... Due to another day of dreary weather we're keeping shop buttoned up and concentrating on office/tech work today.
I've been browsing into the electronics bins and I'm finding more VVPS, etc that I was anticipating so there will be lots to...
What's up Dogs?
Another Monday and we're plugging away as usual. Cold, rainy and dreary here so it's time to catch up on office work and rounding up those various VVPS units, etc for our 'Underdog Yard Sale'. Hopefully I'll have enough free time in the schedule to start getting those sorted...
Heya Dogs, woooo Saturday!
Hope you're all having a good weekend. We're finishing up some customs so we can get them out the door and on the way to their new homes before we start working on a whole bunch more.. it's like a revolving door of goodness.
I got a nice surprise this morning when...
Ah, bummer.. cool find nonetheless though. Thanks for sharing!
Awesome dude glad you're enjoying it!
1 - It might be a little more stress on the wood to go from so cold to hot but I doubt it would be a problem. If you have a dimmer you could always keep it at a standby voltage of like 4-5v...
Ohhh nice burl! Looks like the tree is dead too so the burl will be rotting in short order if it's not already. Is it yours? Species? :hmm:
Let me grab the chainsaw and I'll be on my way! I assume it's cool if I sleep on your couch.
Oops just noticed your comment.. yeah Amazon Smile is an awesome feature. We've been doing that for quite a while with NORML as our charity. Thanks for noticing!
Sweet, well if you end up playing around with it let us know how it works out.
Yeah, IIRC they're using a 4 holed one with a set of custom Mini size Dogs, OS NonGs and a 4 output lab power supply. The Minis are small enough that it's not too unwieldy from what I hear. Certainly not something most of us would mess with but this person is a chemist/drug researcher so it...
Hey Dogs, happy Hump Day!
Busy working in the shop today since we're trying to make the most of this California sun while we have it.. plus shipping lots of Dogs out since the mini-refresh UD'ette put up last night.
Lots of fun stuff going on so I best get back to it I suppose!
I know a...
Rugged and easily portable with more durable electronics/pcb is exactly what I'm aiming for. I'd be happy enough if I could reproduce our old travel VVPS and regular sized one.
Yeah same here (spending for quality/reliability).. that's been the problem in the past, trying to source...
What price point should I be looking at when trying to find you guys VVPS options?
For an off the shelf consumer electronic version (ie, inexpensive mass produced) like Tekpowers, etc?
How about an in-house UD made option?
Aww.. thanks man!
To clarify I wasn't planning on making/selling the cables just because I already have too many projects to work on and I have to pick and choose so not to sabotage production but I wouldn't mind making the occasional one for people who really wanted one but weren't able to...
Hmm.. it's not for sale on the store and I wasn't planning on selling them.. I was just posting in case anyone wanted to make one as a DIY.
As far as multimeters go pretty much any one with removable (banana plug) leads would work since it'd only be used for measuring the super basics (voltage...
@fresham and other peeps interested in DIY - I figured I'd take a minute and share some things that you DIY'ers and techies might find useful. If there's a good response (no sense in doing it if it's not wanted or needed) I figure I can do it on an ongoing basis.
First off is a cable that you...
Ah ok then given that description you might benefit from the 15v with Dimmer for those group sessions since you'll have more max heat with the 15v combo vs the 12v one. Neither will tell you anything about power or heat level other than the voltage as a reference number.
I would talk to Underdogette before ordering anything so she can help you out. I say this because unless your Dog has a cool running heater then you won't need the 15v and can get by with a 12v (with the LED Dimmer). :2c:
Hey Dogs I ran into some delays and missed a couple days of really working on the refresh pieces so we'll aim for end-of-weekend or early next week instead.. will keep you posted if there are further changes. I'll be working on them in the shop today but have to finish some really nice customs...
