Happy to help! Good to know it was just the extension, way cheaper/easier to replace that than the whole power supply. Yes our VVPS units are only used to 'dim' (ie, lower) the voltage/heat level. Simpler and more robust that way.

Uh oh, keep us posted. 90% of the problems we encounter are fatigue failures in extension cords (which is why we use them, a cheap easily replaceable sacrificial element) and then wall-warts.. either the cord on those or capacitors inside. Again though keep us posted so we can help you get back...

Some people apply it on a set interval (like once a month, etc) and some people just put it on whenever the wood seems a little too 'dried out'. Think of it as chapstick for your Dog and just use it as needed, if desired. :cheers:
