Hi fellow Volcano users! Any solid valve users have any advice on separating the metal from the plastic in the filling chamber? Any help would be appreciated. This is driving me nuts!
Based on the amount of posts on this forum, I would venture a guess that more Craftys have been sold than Mightys. More devices out in the wild = more opportunities for problems. I wouldn't draw any solid conclusions about which one has more problems quite yet. Especially because they are made...
The problem, IMHO, is more about managing expectations than their actual customer service which I agree, is very good. However, many customers expect responses to their inquiries, whether S&B or others think those inquiries are legitimate or not. Most every inquiry feels legitimate to the person...
It really is a nice experience. Glad I suggested it.
Not sure if you are saying this is a good thing or a bad thing. Also, I haven't noticed my Crafty ABV looking any more "paltry" or "lifeless" than other ABV. It's maybe just a bit darker.
Just got my Persei. Followed the directions to see if the Kiss cart is working by tapping the power to see if the coil get hot. It does but the cart smoked a little and gave off a horrible burnt chemical smell. Do I need to do a burn off?
I think you are correct in speculating that it has to do with your material. Moisture and quality are both big factors in determining what kinds of clouds I get.
Don't vaporizers generally prefer dry material?
My crafty has been overheating much more often than it used to. Often, I can only get two or three big draws from it on boost before it shuts off and starts blinking. Am very curious if anybody else is experiencing anything similar.
@natural farmer Is this what happened to yours before it...
One of my unreinforced fins broke when using it as leverage to pry out the o-ring from around the heating chamber. It's definitely a design flaw, it will likely happen to all of the unreinforced fins eventually. They are too delicate.
Good points. I agree that the waiting game sucks and you might ultimately be right. Currently, I am using a pen for oils which I am not enjoying. Just hate spending good money only for a new version to come out shortly thereafter. Of course, I'm assuming that the new tops are coming out soon...
Thanks again, @DieHard. Appreciate your patience. Glad you are enjoying your weekend!
Your explanation about the touch button locking and turning on the vape makes good sense to me. I'm afraid that I am still a bit confused about the hammer top and exactly what it does. When you say...
Thanks for your reply, @DieHard.
Apologies but I do not understand this sentence. Can you or somebody please explain what you mean by a "touch button with lock-out feature" and "built-in Hammer Top function?" Also, is there a way to tell which version is being sold on the W9 website?
I saw a Reddit Q&A where the manufacturer was discussing development of the Hercules for the Omicron with oils. It appears that there is only one model of the Hercules and its not clear from looking which vaporizers it works with. Can the Omicron use the Hercules for vaporizing oils?
Can somebody please explain what the V4 tops are and why they are worth waiting for? And how can you tell which version is being sold on the W9tech website?
Been using the Dr. Dabber for a few weeks and my experience has not been as good as other posters. My first impression was disappointment by how similar the Ghost battery is to eGo batteries. It looks exactly the same to me. Probably my fault, but I thought I was getting a battery that was...
VapeLog is working well. Was surprised that I didn't have to enter my serial number to connect. Thanks @Sasquatch_Jr! In addition to iOS & Android, Crafty can now be used with a Mac or Windows computer (with emulator).
Totally agree about keeping things simple! In this context, simple for me...
