Yea it’s removable it sits in a little indent so can be annoying to remove. I’ve been having the same issue with the glass stem. Nothin I do gets that part fully clean

@Cannabiker My best experiences with this device were when I had my ispire wand, only way I truly got mostly consistent big hits. I got it to use as a one hitter too primarily for hiking but it didn’t work out at all for me on the trails so I sold it
