Re: this thing about not iso soaking the bowl - seriously? This can damage it?? I've not come across this with other TED's, it seems crazy if this is a recognised issue, and ISO soaking is a common known cleaning method for TED's, why no warning? Can you say where you got that info @TedJones?

All I'm saying is going by order number and/or order date isn't going to tell you much about any specific order. Whatever the reason for the apparent delays for some, not all have been processed in absolute order.

The orders seem to have been out of numerical order (maybe overseas order issues?), mine was ordered in mid Feb but didn't ship until about the same time as yours! So it's very hard to judge - but I'd agree an email to Vestratto wouldn't be unreasonable.

I think they process a batch in manufacture then gradually assemble them and send out (total guess but the timing seems to fit) one at a time. They may well still be sending out the batch from Feb (I got mine a couple days back from mid-Feb) but that doesn't mean they can't start planning ahead...
