Negligence just means failing to take proper care. If you heat up the Tempest with intent to fully extract, then it requires you forgetting you are toking it and being distracted by something else to fail that intention imo. You could do that no prob. Any residual heat will aid heat up time...

I experimented with Zirc and Boro. Boro has enough calories to fully extract easy. Zirc will give a longer heat cycle, which might be important to users who want a session, joint style experience. I think the issue is the anti-inflammatory effect. The immune system requires an inflammatory mechanism. Eating it would still diminish the immune response. It's only a temporary effect, but maybe not the best thing to do with covid.
