Yeah I always get around that. I've been more than happy with battery life.

I have a single flame mid sized torch called Vertigo. I have a triple flame now, but it just arrived yesterday. Haven't used it enough to say if it's reliable. The Vertigo has functioned for almost 2 years at this point though. EDIT- with regards to torch ritual and preference, I still prefer...

Well here's something a little different. Anyone who has used a Sticky Brick can attest to them having excellent cooling properties. I think it's because of all the right angles. Surprised to find the BB3 fits natively into the wood and doesn't even need the oring. This is a Nova btw. I...

Not much to say other than I agree with all this. Nice insights. Tempest experience is versatile in all dimensions.

I would be interested in a simple IH like the wand, that is simply smaller. I would take my wallet out for that. I love how the wand works, but it's a touch too big and heavy when outdoors imo. Not sure how viable that design is, or what trade offs it would take. Perhaps one battery instead of two.

Another musing on the vape signature. Although it's clearly convection heavy, I do wonder if towards the end of the heat cycle the ratio changes to allow more conduction. I believe that the "grounded" feeling is the hard edge of convection being shaved off right at the end. Seemingly allows for...

It's performance surpassed my hype levels. Stayed that way. My hype levels were probably highest it's ever been for a vape.

I have couple strains in atm. Gulf in quality between the two. One absolutely puts out more vapour for longer. The material is alway the bottleneck for the Tempest. The material taps out before the heat capacity does.

I think as long as you don't go in depth on the comparison in here it should be fine. You're a natural scientist mate. I sold my Anvil a while back, but I imagine if I could do this experiment it will be the taste that would strike me the most. I've seen tabletopbong, only just discovered it...

Mate you must be joking. You've only has it a week and you've already tested it in ways that never even occured to me. You're bringing loads of value man

Nice! I didn't think to test it. Yeah the heater is a beast. It's clear it could extract 0.2g and I believe it will effectively cool it native also with SCU

This guy doing slow mo cloud videos for a new vape is like the Queen breaking a Champaign bottle on a new ship. We are blessed this day

Yeah you can go much longer without cleaning. I just find cleaning so easy that I find I'm keeping very on top of it. More so than any vape I've ever used. Yeah stem is cooler than J-hook. I pack the bowl full each time. Get great airflow. Once or twice I've over stuffed it, and airflow...

Yeah no idea when I can officially say honeymoon period is over. I'm already at the point where I'm using it automatically sometimes without barely looking at it. Hard to tell when it ends, when you don't stop constantly using it I find device stays really clean with flower. Not sure how long...

Sorry I still don't use time out settings. I time my wand cycle manually with my wrist watch. I'm used to timing tea and coffee infusions that way. I enjoy being able to change it up easily depending on desired roast level. For light roast I have wand maxed out, and heat for around 33 seconds...

Thought I would write an update on how I'm finding Tempest, and how opinions/usage has changed after almost 2 months of use. I'll start with what's different. I've since been in possession of secondary cooling unit (SCU). It has more of an effect than you would think considering it's size. You...

Nice. Looks like you are really dialing it in now. I bet it's great on that piece. I would recommend a BB6 stem as a WPA. The tiny shotgun hole works really nicely with dry glass j-hook set ups. I find I'm using it quite often now. Keeps the TI stem cleaner so it's always ready to go.

If you are drawing on it while it's heating you will draw temp away from it. So not sure what effect this would have on VI. I imagine that technique should be used in lieu of VI use. I started doing it when I was having long hash sessions. VI use will always be better however as it's more...
