i must be the exception to the rule ... my milaana 1.5 heats up fast and glows red ... pretty easy to combust
my milaana 2 takes quite awhile to heat up and is almost impossible to combust
two completely different beasts!
intersting ... my milaana 1.5 seems way hotter than my milaana 2 ... i can combust the 1.5 easily but don't feel like i've come close to combusting my 2

my medium santa cruz shredder three piece has served me well (no complaints at all) ... if brilliant cut grinder comes out with orange and purple anodizing i might be in
like the title says ... i just picked up a milaana 1.5 maple with purpleheart ... it is in perfect condition! i have noticed that the milaana 1.5 heats up way faster than my 2 ... i can see the heater glowing red in 8-9 seconds on the milaana 1.5 and i don't see the 2 glowing red til after 30...
it's hard to tell if the heater is working and maybe the techniue is off? try pressing and holding the battery button without a stem in it ... while holding the button in ... blow through the small carburetor hole above the button and see if you can feel warm air coming out of the area you put...
i have always used my vapcaps with the carb closed most of the time ... BUT ... recently i have been hitting it with the carb fully open and was surprised that i really liked it !
