If I recall correctly, the website has said 10 year warranty since the get-go. Sometime ago the “repair” item was listed for non-warranty repairs, long before the TM2 was released. I’m hoping this is a misunderstanding. You can’t register a serial number for a thing that hasn’t got one.

There were a number of complaints on Cult of the Franklin about moldy buds. 8HH was mainly type 3 for a long time and then they started selling a lot of type 2. I think it got away from them. I hope they come back.

I have the flattened mouthpiece version of these and until I got a Prophet, it was my go to dry piece. Much recommended.

I was in batch 3 as well, and I got mine in early October, if that makes you feel any better. On the other hand, if you're not tha patient type, this is not the vape for you. I'm in batch 2 for the Nomad II, and i placed the initial order more than 2 years ago.
