Kevdog, are you letting go of the buttons as soon as the blue light flashes the 2nd time when turning the unit on? I find that if you continue to hold the buttons, it sometimes doesn't show the battery level.

Got my PVHES today, holy crap night and day difference with this thing. Much improved airflow for still massive hits. On the other hand, I'm already getting looser stems with this thing, it seems I'll be getting my o rings just in time.
