also while dealing with the screen issue i find that if i push the screen onto my finger and make a dome then sorta bend the screen in half (not enough to crease it though) and slid...
dry hit (leave the battery out and draw fairly hard it should pull all those things free then slow your draw to get everything to dump in the middle (takes some practice but you will get the idea after you give it a try)
use www.toolhaus.org and check the issues that each seller has had and see if after you still feel like buying from any of them :) i didnt look at any of the sellers but i noticed they all were under 100% positives so it is worth checking into what other peoples problems are before you decide to...
the only thing i can think to add to the paper work that comes with the ssv would be "proper practice makes perfect." as you can practice something wrong all day long and be worse off at the end of the day then when you begun :)
