My Millana offers the purest, most neutral flavour out of all the vapes I own:
Inhalater 05
Flowermate FM3 air
Various Dynavap VapCaps (my other love)
Grasshopper
There wasn't any taste of any nature that I could detect.
My wooden stem has more taste than the vape itself (and even this is...
Brilliant stuff Phatt's!
That INH stem is great, But the rest of the vape looks like it needs a sleeve now! :uhoh:
I've just given away my INH in the hopes it'll convert someone like it did me.
They're decent little vapes aren't they.
Mine was only an 05, not an 'S', but it is still produced a...
Screwed-in magnets like the Sticky Brick?
I've seen this work well in other applications too.
Of course there may not be room in that little space.
If the magnet were a little 'nub' that protruded slightly, the other magnet could be slightly recessed and the two would provide an additional...
Ah! I see now, I misinterpreted the situation and thought you planned to move on from the existing models completely.
Which I would have been sad about, as I really love my Millana!
It's good to hear that the Mi and the Zion will still be around, even when you do move on to developing new...
Has anyone suggested quartz, silicon carbide or zirconia tubing for VC or OG bodies?
Y'know, like 'boro, but a bit tougher?
I bet @VapCap has already considered this
I remember you (?) discussing this before, but the simpler single 18650 won through.
If a regulated compact RBT vape becomes available there's no way I'll be able to resist.
Even with:
taken into account.
What do others think re' reduced batt' capacity?
It would be hilarious (but almost certainly inadvisable) if RBT made a vape that would only take Grasshopper batteries!
In all seriousness though, wouldn't 18650 remain an essential ingredient ?(only POWA! battery currently available).
To keep this post on topic:
I believe my avatar is Shit...
Surprising that you feel that the Milaana wouldn't be a cornerstone product to keep in the @RastaBuddhaTao lineup Ryan.
On the other hand I think I'd be just as interested in a 'Mini-Mi' as the regular 18mm version, so sign me up to that one for sure!
I hope that it will turn out to be wood...
I think you have the newer design of condenser tube, which doesn't 'pinch in' at the tip.
And it's supposed to stop short of the screen as you describe, so; all good!
Ah-HA! :science:
That would be mighty handy in this application, fingers crossed.
Have you considered using flat wire?
Might make for better surface contact/heat transfer?
Enjoy your VC when it arrives (impossible not to, but it's the thought that counts eh? :haw:)
It seems to me that the site is still undergoing some work maybe?
When I look, there are several of the exotic models available.
At the time of writing:
The spalted model shows as "out of stock", but if you click on it, and check the glass colour drop-down, the cobalt is still in stock.
It's...
Glue is used to secure the female joint into the wood body.
Air passes near, but not directly over the glue.
RBT has stated that the glue used is medically safe (can't remember the temp it's rated to, sorry)
I personally feel completely comfortable with RBT's air, and vapour paths.
Even if you...
Damn dude, that is indeed a heartbreaker :ugh:, really sorry to hear that, sounds like a short to me too .
Take heart though, I'm betting that Ryan will take care of you good .
If it's a particularly beautiful example maybe he can repair it to your satisfaction? dunno.
Can you post...
Yeah @AJS, brilliant post
Thanks for all that detail, and for the pic's too, drop...dead...gorgeous :o
I can't wait to pair my one with the wooden stems that Alan made me.
Must...be...patient...:uhh:
BTW AJS and Office_Printer, is there any scope for further finishing, or is...
Yeah I remember that vid', there's certainly no denying that it works, I just wonder how it doesn't short?
I suppose it could simply be due to the 'poor connection' between the cap and the coil allowing the coil to shoulder the current by itself?
In which case, IDEAL!
You definitely wouldn't...
